ROSE HEADBANDS:

Thank you Portabellopixie!  For a lovely Saturday afternoon, and the pattern for the perfect headband.  Straight out of Sandi Henderson's clever book Sewing Bits Pieces (page 154, we've got signed copies here).

WHAT'S YOUR LEAST FAVORITE TREND?

These ladies didn't see it coming as they naively told me the god-honest-truth about what fashion trends they hate the most.  Now, they have to embody that hideous look in their next challenge.  

Get to know the girls:  We asked them some questions  1. What is your least/most favorite trend?  2. What is one word that best describes you? (get your dictionaries out)

Nicole
hearts:  bright blazers
hates:  fluffy workout suits
in one word:  gallivant

Meredith
hearts: plaid (because she's secretly a lumberjack)
hates:  jeggings ("no pockets!  useless!")
in one word:  intrepid

April
hearts:  the up-cycling movement & organic fabrics
hates:  the "only-one-sleeve" trend
in one word:  inquisitive

Christina
hearts:  cowboy boots
hates:  tights as pants



Dakota
hearts:  the old, classic lines of vintage styles
hates:  skinny jeans with gladiator sandals
in one word:  Chimera



Hana
hearts:  high waisted jeans (and secretly the "mythical jegging")
hates:  harem pants
in one word:  supersonic-motivated
